Dr Romanus Osabohien

Dr Romanus Osabohien is a globally recognised economist and sustainability scholar with expertise in renewable energy, climate finance, environmental policy, and sustainable development. He holds a PhD in Economics, with a strong track record in applied, policy-relevant research.
He has held strategic research and leadership roles at the Institute of Energy Policy and Research (IEPRe), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia, the DePECOS Institutions and Development Research Centre (DIaDeRC), and the Centre for Economic Policy and Development Research (CEPDeR), Covenant University, Nigeria.
Dr Osabohien also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Genesis Telecom in Australia, where he contributes to high-level strategic governance, innovation, and sustainable business transformation. A widely published scholar, he is recognised among the Top 2% Scientists globally (Stanford/Elsevier, 2025), reflecting his influence in shaping global sustainability and development discourse.
He is the visionary behind the REO Institute for Research, a forward-looking platform positioned to drive economic transformation through research, innovation, and strategic partnerships. The Institute is designed to deliver measurable societal and economic impact by creating high-value employment opportunities, advancing cutting-edge knowledge, building human capital, and supporting evidence-based policymaking.
Mrs. Elizabeth Udenyi Osabohien

Mrs Elizabeth Udenyi Osabohien is a skilled communication professional with expertise in media, public relations, and strategic engagement. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, graduating with Upper Division honors.
She began her career as a reporter at the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) Secretariat, Abeokuta, where she developed strong media and storytelling skills. She later worked as a secretary at Jocabol Group of Companies, managing corporate communication and administrative processes, and as Marketing Manager at Rose Books and Business Centre, driving client engagement and brand visibility.
She also contributes to communication and outreach at DePECOS Institutions and Development Research Centre (DIaDeRC), supporting research visibility and stakeholder engagement.
At REO Institute, she leads media and public relations, strengthening visibility, stakeholder engagement, and the translation of research into accessible insights. She also curates Hilda’s Forum, promoting effective communication and relationship development within society.
