Dr Felix Orole

Founder, Genesis Telecom

Dr Felix Orole is the Founder of Genesis Telecom, an Australian-based telecommunications company providing mobile and NBN home internet services across the country. He brings firsthand executive leadership and commercial experience to his work at the intersection of business, innovation and strategy. He is also an Assistant Professor of Management at Australian Catholic University, Australia, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).

Dr Orole’s profile combines entrepreneurial practice, academic leadership and policy-relevant research. His expertise spans family business, entrepreneurship, sustainability transitions, energy economics and financial technology, with a particular focus on the socio-economic impacts of energy transitions in global contexts and resilience strategies for multigenerational enterprises. His research examines how entrepreneurial behaviour, innovation and emerging technologies influence organisational performance, strategic decision-making and sustainable business practice, especially within family-owned and entrepreneurial firms.

He offers a distinctive blend of founder experience, strategic insight and evidence-based thinking. His background positions him to contribute across innovation, growth strategy, governance, digital transformation, sustainability and long-term value creation.

Professor Evans Osabuohien Evans 

Founding Chair, DIaDeRC

Professor Evans Osabuohien is a Professor of Economics at Covenant University and Founding Chair of DePECOS Institutions and Development Research Centre (DIaDeRC). With over two decades of experience, he has led numerous funded projects and published five books and over 200 scholarly articles. He has consulted for global institutions including International Food Policy Research Institute, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, United Nations University World Institute for Development Economics Research, and African Economic Research Consortium.

He became the youngest Head of Department at Covenant University in 2016 and one of Nigeria’s youngest professors in 2017. He is Pioneer Chair of the Centre for Economic Policy and Development Research and RCE Ogun, and has held visiting roles in Mozambique, Zambia, Vietnam, and Germany. He contributes to global research, including United Nations Environment Programme’s GEO-7, and mentors’ scholars through DIaDeRC’s ASMN.

At REO Research Institute, he brings strategic leadership, global networks, and strong grant-winning capacity. His expertise strengthens policy-relevant research, institutional growth, and the development of emerging scholars.

Ts Assoc Prof. Dr.  Amar Hisham Jaaffar

Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia

Ts. Dr. Amar Hisham bin Jaaffar is an accomplished academic, researcher, and programme coordinator at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia. He serves as the Programme Coordinator at the College of Graduate Studies and a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Energy Policy and Research (IEPRe), where he contributes significantly to postgraduate education, research development, and academic leadership.

With a strong background in energy policy, sustainability, and research coordination, he plays a pivotal role in advancing interdisciplinary research and capacity building within the energy sector. His work focuses on shaping policy-relevant research, supporting graduate scholars, and fostering collaboration across academia and industry.

Dr. Amar is recognized for his commitment to academic excellence, mentorship, and strategic research development. Through his roles, he continues to contribute to knowledge creation, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions at both national and international levels.
