Ernest Ukiwa is a Technical Officer with practical experience in road infrastructure supervision, engineering support, and marine plant accessories supply. He worked with AME Consulting Engineering Firm, where he contributed to the supervision of the dualization of the Ewu–Uromi–Agbor Road project.

He also has experience in the sales and supply of marine plant accessories, including conveyor belts and related industrial components. His background combines field-based technical supervision with business knowledge in engineering and industrial equipment supply, making him a valuable contributor to infrastructure, logistics, and technical project support.

Lasisi Adebowale, ACIPM, HRPL is an experienced human resource and administrative professional with expertise in business development, risk management, strategic planning, and corporate administration. A graduate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, he has built a distinguished career across Nigeria’s corporate sector, serving in key leadership positions.
Currently, he serves as the Group Human Resource and Administrative Manager at SREN Chemicals Limited, where he contributes to organizational growth, operational efficiency, and effective people management. Through his industry experience and leadership capacity, he supports the vision of REO-ISRI in driving innovation, strategic development, and sustainable impact.
